Questions We Get Asked Every Week

Straight answers — the same ones we give on the phone.

Driver & Vehicle

Will my vehicle be driven?

Yes. We run a driven-delivery service — a vetted professional driver drives your vehicle from pickup to delivery. For single vehicles this is faster and more economical than carriers, and it lets us deliver door-to-door without depot transfers. We record the odometer at pickup and again at delivery, and share both readings with you.

How many kilometres will be added?

The actual driving distance between pickup and destination, plus minimal unavoidable detours. The odometer is recorded and shared at pickup and delivery. Drivers follow the agreed route — no unauthorised detours.

Who is the driver, and how is he vetted?

Every driver's licence is verified, background checked, and driving record reviewed before assignment. We share the driver's name and phone number with you before pickup. Drivers follow the agreed route and check in daily during transit.

Are EVs driven differently?

Yes. Drivers plan charging stops along the route, confirm the charge level at pickup, and follow the vehicle's recommended driving mode. For premium EVs the same driver stays assigned pickup to delivery — no handoffs mid-route.

Pricing & Billing

Who pays for fuel, tolls and the driver's return?

All included in your quote. Fuel, tolls, parking and the driver's return journey are covered — you pay one price in NPR, inclusive of 13% VAT. There is no separate fuel receipt to reconcile at the end.

Do you move single vehicles, or only batches?

Both. Dealers typically book 5–20 vehicles at a time; individual owners book one. Single-vehicle bookings are quoted on the same rate card — you are not penalised for booking one car.

Is there a minimum booking?

No minimum. One vehicle is a valid booking. Rates for single vehicles may vary based on route and season — see the pricing page for indicative figures.

Insurance & Claims

Is the vehicle insured during transit?

Yes. Transit insurance covers the vehicle for the full journey. We share the insurance certificate copy before the vehicle moves. Cover is per-vehicle and based on the declared value — we confirm the value with you at booking so there is no dispute later.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged or in an accident?

We photograph every vehicle and record the odometer at pickup, so any damage is documented against a clear baseline. If damage occurs in our care, you file a claim with our transit insurer and we support it with pickup and delivery photos, odometer records, route logs and driver statements. You do not need to prove the damage happened — our records do that.

Timing & Paperwork

How long does delivery take?

Within Kathmandu Valley: same day or next day. Kathmandu to Pokhara or Chitwan: 1–2 days. Kathmandu to Birgunj, Biratnagar or Nepalgunj: 2–3 days. Timelines assume normal road and weather conditions — monsoon and highway closures can add time, and we tell you upfront when they might.

Do you handle the bluebook and paperwork?

We coordinate handover paperwork with the dealership — the vehicle does not leave without the correct documents in hand. For dealership-to-dealer transfers we hand documents directly to the receiving dealer. For customer deliveries we hand them to the buyer and get a signed receipt. We do not process ownership transfers ourselves, but nothing gets lost in transit.
