We photograph every side of the vehicle at pickup, so any pre-existing scratches are documented before the vehicle moves. If new damage occurs in transit, you file a claim with our transit insurer and we support it with pickup and delivery photos, odometer records and driver statements.
Yes. Door-to-door — driver comes to your pickup address and delivers to your delivery address. No depot drop-offs. The only exception is if a narrow street physically blocks access; in that case we agree a safe nearby handover point with you in advance.
Within Kathmandu Valley: same day or next day. Kathmandu to Pokhara or Chitwan: 1–2 days. Kathmandu to Birgunj, Biratnagar or Nepalgunj: 2–3 days. Timelines assume normal conditions — we tell you upfront if monsoon or highway closures might add time.
